Appointments can take place online, by telephone or in person where agreed.

EHCP support

Understanding EHC needs assessments, reviewing EHCPs and reports, preparing for annual reviews and organising evidence.

Meeting preparation

Planning your priorities, preparing questions and attending school or annual-review meetings where agreed.

Letters and communication

Drafting or reviewing emails and letters and supporting communication with schools and local authorities.

Understanding your child

Exploring neurodivergence, strengths, differences, distress, behaviour and support needs at home and school.

Benefits forms

Help with DLA, PIP and Universal Credit disability-related applications and supporting information.

Signposting

Identifying relevant services and organisations where specialist, legal, medical or crisis support is required.

Standard fee

£30per hour

A £25 deposit may be payable before work begins and will be deducted from the first invoice.

Payment is due within two working days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Travel and cancellations

Travel is available up to 25 miles each way from Leeds, where agreed. Mileage is charged at £1 per mile for the round trip.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge may apply where preparation has already been completed or the appointment could not reasonably be reallocated. Exceptional circumstances may be considered.
